What is included with my purchase?
What to Expect
We partner with lovely family-run agrotourism properties in Poland and Europe. Rooms are cosy and carefully prepared think farmhouse charm rather than hotel uniformity. Room allocation is based on your family size.
Sometimes things change weather, local conditions, or other surprises. We may occasionally need to adjust:
- Accommodation
- Activities or workshops
- Instructors or hosts
We’ll always let you know as early as possible and make sure any changes are just as lovely as the original plan.
Travel Insurance. What to look for?
All guests (including children of all ages) are required to have valid travel insurance before the retreat. This is for your own peace of mind as much as anything else!
When choosing your policy, make sure it covers:
- Medical expenses – illness or injury abroad, including hospital stays
- Emergency medical evacuation – getting home if something serious happens
- Trip cancellation, if you need to cancel before departure
- Trip interruption, if you need to leave the retreat early unexpectedly
- Lost or stolen luggage and personal belongings
- All family members, including children of all ages
Photos & Videos
We take professional photos and videos during the retreat meals, workshops, outdoor moments, so you can relive the magic afterwards.
Before the retreat, we’ll ask you to sign a simple photo consent form. You can always opt out of being photographed, or request that photos of you or your children are not used publicly. We’ll share a personal photo album with you after the trip.
We use retreat images on our website and social media never for commercial sale. Please note that guests are not permitted to film or photograph for commercial or brand promotion purposes during the retreat.
Phone & Digital Detox
Part of the Wild Family magic is being fully present. We gently encourage:
- No phone calls in shared spaces please step outside or to your room
- No phones during children’s activities, yoga, meditation, or massage sessions
Of course, we know you may need to stay connected this is just about creating a peaceful atmosphere for everyone
Children & Safety
Wild Family retreats are designed for families! Some of our facilitators hold certifications to work with children, but please note: we do not provide childcare services. A parent or guardian must be present throughout all children’s activities.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. We recommend travel insurance covering medical expenses for all family members, including children.
A Few House Rules
We want everyone to feel safe and welcome. We reserve the right to ask someone to leave (without refund) if their behaviour is harmful or disruptive to others. This is rare our community is wonderful but good to know.
